Great product and fast service as usual.

I picked up the chest rig in early access on the day it dropped. The item I bought is brilliant, great quality, innovative and exactly what I was after really.

The reason for only 1 star is there was an instagram promotion for an additional item (water bladder to go in the rig) for the first 100 to order, it was confirmed I was one of those 100 with an Insta post saying almost gone after I had ordered, however no bladder received - messages on both the customer service section of the website and to all rep Insta account business or personal all seemingly ignored.

I hate complaining but it’s a huge part of the product, I’ve had to buy a different bladder to use due to the lack of response and not even offering the rep one for sale, it doesn’t fit properly and it’s just left a sour taste over the whole thing really. A shame.

‘The best brand in the world’ surely wouldn’t completely ignore customers …

Rep is the best brand I can think of at the moment and I highly recommend it. Quality of products, shipping times, style and service are all top notch. I always get compliments on my pieces from Rep and I think they treat customers very well. I shop at other streetwear brands like KITH, ALD, etc and nobody comes close to rep’s quality.

I returned 3 products months ago and still no refund or reply! terrible customer service, Sent them at least 20 emails using both their website and known customer support email and again no reply

i love the Brand but i bought 247 Seamless Boxers and i didnt liked the fit. I wanted to return like i usally do, but they say that this item cannot be returned.

Do NOT buy from this company. They will send your the wrong items and then never answer your emails. Their founder, George Heaton, takes all the money to buy Rolls Royce and to expense his flashy lifestyle, while the customers lose. It’s a pathetic attempt at building a “luxury” brand. I have emailed 18 times about an order that got screwed up, and no one has answered. It’s like the company doesn’t exist on email, but George continues to drop new products and market the business.

Unreal quality cannot wait to buy more

Ordered 1-2 days delivery and still has not replied, slow at replying to emails and do not offer any resolution. Still waiting to wear back second time I have tried to order. The first time it never arrived, still waiting for a birthday present days after it has passed
